So today didn't go as planned at all...and ended up being pretty discouraging, so this post will probably be rather brief.
For those of you who don't already know me I am 24, I am a Mainer and love this state. I am a follower of Jesus although I like to say He's been half carrying me half dragging me for the last three years or so....but He never gives up on us. As of today I am 14 weeks and 3 days pregnant, due on December 28th 2013. I am single and have an increasingly difficult relationship with the father of this baby... so to say the least I am in a land of mixed feelings and difficult realities. At this juncture I'd like to point out that no one is forcing you to read my blog and if you don't have anything nice to say please don't say anything at all :) ok? Let's move on...
There's a song that has been on Christian radio lately by Matthew West. His words are the best words for me right now as I face the feelings of judgement and defeat and LONELINESS of being in my single lady preggo position.

It's going to be alright. It doesn't look alright right now but I know it will be. I know I've already seen more grace than I can fathom and I know that grace is new every day. He's a Father to the fatherless and He puts the lonely people into families.
So, normally Monday's will be about me, Tuesday's about baby...but you just got the lazy bird combo. You're very welcome ;)
